"One of my least favorite things about Instagram is dentists showing amazing before and after cases getting incredible praise when it’s the technician that should be getting that glory too. To me, it’s what happens after the dentistry that is the magic. Too many Instagram famous dentists riding on the coattails of great technicians. Yea beautiful dentistry, pristine preparations, and meticulous treatment are praiseworthy, but let’s be honest, the technician is responsible for the real art. I normally do 99% of my own lab work because I really enjoy the art, however, sometimes you just need to go extra and get a master involved."
